Refugee Problems in Iraq and the Solutions Prospect

2003年伊拉克战争后,伊拉克出现了一波又一波难民潮,大批被迫游离海外者成为难民。伊拉克难民潮给伊拉克现政府以及国际社会都带来了深远影响,它不仅给周边国家带来了沉重的社会与经济负担,削弱了伊拉克政府的执政基础,还给复杂的中东局势增添了新的不稳定因素。国际社会虽给予了伊拉克难民人道主义援助,提出诸多解决伊拉克难民问题的方案,但由于伊拉克难民规模之大、广度之深及难民本身的复杂性,使难民问题的解决变得尤为困难。

After the 2003 Iraqi War,with large number of displaced overseas Iraqis becoming refugees,Iraq sees waves of refugees,which has profound implications for the current Iraqi government,and the international community as well. The refugee tide brings heavy social and economic burdens to Iraq’s neighboring countries,and weakens Iraqi government’s ruling bases; it also adds new factors of instability to complicated situations in the Middle East. Given the large number,the deep scope of influences of Iraqi refugees,and the complexity of the refugee issue itself,even with international community’s humanitarian aid to Iraqi refugees and various solution options,the prospect of solution is full of difficulties.
