摘要外资并购,是国际直接投资的重要形式,对我国转轨经济的影响重大。本文侧重从外资并购的动因和绩效两方面分析国内外外资并购理论的研究现状以及存在的局限性,并探索外资并购理论进一步研究和发展的方向。
