4种检测解脲支原体单管培养基的比较试验观察

本文对四种培养基稳定性和特异性进行了系统的比较分析，同时将四种培养基用于检测临床标本中的ＵＵ比较，福建三强公司生产的“ＵＵＳＭ”单管培养基的稳定性和特展异性均优于其它单管培养基。８０份临床标本的ＵＵ检测中可见“ＵＵＳＭ”阳性率最高，而污染率为０％，基本解决了抑制标本中污染细菌这一难题，而其它的三种试剂均存在着一些缺点。而“ＵＵＳＭ”单管培养基抑制菌力强，污染率低，稳定性、特异性、敏感性均较高，值得临床推广应用。
