4种检测解脲支原体单管培养基的比较试验观察 被引量:3

摘要 本文对四种培养基稳定性和特异性进行了系统的比较分析,同时将四种培养基用于检测临床标本中的UU比较,福建三强公司生产的“UUSM”单管培养基的稳定性和特展异性均优于其它单管培养基。80份临床标本的UU检测中可见“UUSM”阳性率最高,而污染率为0%,基本解决了抑制标本中污染细菌这一难题,而其它的三种试剂均存在着一些缺点。而“UUSM”单管培养基抑制菌力强,污染率低,稳定性、特异性、敏感性均较高,值得临床推广应用。 In this thesis the stability and speciality of four different medium were systematically compared and analyzed At the same time UU in the clinical specimen detected by thase mediu were also compared “UUSM” single tube culture medium produced by Fujian Shan Qiang Company is better than those of other companies in stability and speciality According to the detection of 80 clinical specimen “UUSM” has the highest positive rate with zero of contamination It basically solves the difficult problem about how to get rid of contamination by bacillus There are some imperfection in the other three reapents And “UUSM” single tube culture medium has the characteristic of high bactreiostasis,low contamination,high stability,speciality and sensitivity It would be popularized in clinical use
