摘要
目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测粮食中黄绿青霉素(citreoviridin,简称CIT)的含量,用于评价粮食受青霉菌污染程度。方法用CIT纯品污染粮样,再用二氯甲烷提取、过滤,过4cm硅胶柱,用乙酸乙酯∶正己烷(7∶3,V/V)洗脱,60℃氮气吹干,HPLC检测。结果最低检出量为8ng,线性、重复性良好,回收率较高。结论文中报告的方法可用于地方病区粮食黄绿青霉素污染水平的检测、评价。
Objective To analyze the content of citreoviridin in rice and evaluate the degree of contamination.Methods The rice was contaminated with pure CIT,extract was purified on silica column,citreoviridin was eluted with 15ml acetate hexane(7:3) into vial and evaporated to dryness under nitrogen at 60℃ and saved for LC analysis.Results The minimum detection limits were 8ng for citreoviridin standard.The method is linear,the repeatability and recovery rate are satisfactory.Conclusions The method can be used to determine the content of CIT and evaluate the degree of cereal contamination in epidemiological studies
