摘要
采用热模拟技术,对于铸件不同模数,就Cr27抗磨白口铸铁中的锰、钼、镍(铜)等 合金元素对铸铁硬度的影响进行了研究.对于中等壁厚铸件,找到了合适的Cr27抗磨白口的 化学成分和热处理规范.用研制的合金成分生产杂质泵铸件,其使用寿命长.
In some certain modulus of casting, the effected elements Mn, Mo, Ni(Cu) of Cr27 wear resistant white cast iron on hardness of the cast iron is studied using heat-simulated technology,For middle thickness of castings, the chemicals compositions and heat treatment technology available to make Cr27 wear resistant white cast iron are gained. The casting of a mud pump poured with a researched Cr27 wear resistant white cast iron has long service life.
