摘要
通过控制温度、下降速度和真空度,对酸溶法工艺复合光纤在拉制成形前进行预烧 结,以改善传象束的光学均匀性和大规格复丝的成形困难.给出了光纤芯皮玻璃的主要物理性 质及预烧结效果.
A Prefabricating method was adopted in the multifiber drawing technology. The optical uniformity of the flexible optical fiber bundle manufactured by leaching method was improved through adjusting the temperature, feeding velocity and vacuity in preprocessing. Also the problems in multifiber drawing for large size fiber bundle was resolved. The effects of the prefabricating and the main physical properties of the core, clad and acid-soluble glasses are shown or given.
