摘要
利用超声雾化设备制备超细陶瓷粉体，确定该设备制备粉末的工艺参数和考查所制粉末的特性。
A kind of ultrasonic atomizer equipments to produce tiny ceramic powders are developed and the optimal technical parameters of the equipment are cetermined,and the characteristics of tiny ceramic powders are also evaluated.
