摘要
应用逐步逼近、快速冷却的方法确定熔化终点,从而较为准确地测定了铁浴式熔融还原预还原球团矿的熔化速度;用正交实验研究了各因素对球团矿熔化的影响程度,通过单因素实验研究了主要因素对球团矿熔化速度的影响,阐述了球团矿熔化的表观活化能的概念。
The successive approaching and rapid cooling method is applied to determine the terminal point of melting,the melting rate of pre reducted pellet is carefully measured.Various factors influencing melting rate are studied via orthogonal experiment,and the influences of main factors are carefully studied via the single factor experiment.The apparent activation energy is expounded and calculated.
