氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压病伴高尿酸血症疗效观察

目的：观察氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病伴高尿酸血症临床疗效.方法：将80例原发性高血压伴高尿酸血症患者随机分治疗组（n=40）和对照（n=40）,治疗组使用氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组使用氨氯地平单独治疗.临床观察80例原发性高血压患者治疗8周前后收缩压、舒张压、尿酸的变化,并进行分析.结果：两组治疗前后患者收缩压、舒张压均有降低,治疗前后比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）,治疗组与对照组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组临床疗效比较治疗组总有效率为95%, 对照组为75%,两组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后血尿酸均有下降,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,治疗组血尿酸变化与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.治疗组不良反应2例,对照组不良反应9例,治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组.结论：氨氯地平和厄贝沙坦联合用药可使患者血压明显降低,有协同作用,减少不良反应,还能更有效地降低尿酸水平.
