护理人员医院感染知识知晓率调查分析

Analysis on the Hospital Infection among nurses

目的：了解护理人员对医院感染知识的知晓程度。方法：采用白行设计的医院感染知识调查表对105名不同工龄的护理人员进行调查．结果：护理人员医院感染知识知晓率较低，平均知晓率为50．40％，其中10年以上为87．30％，5-10年为67．90％，5年以下为28．95％；消毒灭菌定义知晓率为78．10％，医院感染监洲内容及标准知晓率7．62％。结论：工龄短的护理人员医院感染知识缺乏，应加强医院感染知识教育，提高医院感染知识水平。

Objective：To acknowledge the contifion hospital infection knowledge among nurses. Methods：Self-designed questionnaire of hospital infection were adopted in105 different working year nurses. Results,The rate of hospital infection knowledge in nurse is low. ,Average rate is 50.40 %, ineluding 87.30% in 10 year workings, 67.90% for 5-10 year workings,78.10% for disinfection definition,7.62% for Hospital infection monitoring content and standard. Conclusion：Short-workings is lack of hospital infection knowledge, It＇s necessary to strengthen the education on hospital infection knowledge, to improve hospital infection knowledge level.
