血府逐瘀汤治疗血管神经性头痛56例疗效分析

目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗血管性神经头痛的临床疗效.方法： 回顾性分析笔者收治的56例采用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗的血管神经性头痛患者的临床资料.结果： 56例血管神经性头痛患者,痊愈27例（48.2%）,好转24例（42.9%）,无效5例（8.9%）,总有效率可达91.1%.结论： 血府逐瘀汤加减治疗血管神经性头痛效果显著,治疗费用低,毒副作用少,患者容易接受,值得临床推广和应用.

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of blood stasis soup in treatment of Vascular and nerves headache. Methods： Clinical data of 56 cases of Vascular and nerves headache were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 56 cases of vascular headache patients, cured 27 cases （48.2%）, improved in 24 patients （42.9%） ,ineffective in 5 cases （8.9%）, and the total efficiency up to 91.1%. Conclusion：The effect of Blood stasis soup in treatment of Vascular Headache is remarkable, low cost with fewer side effects. It is acceptable for patient, and worthy to be popularized and applied.
