摘要
目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术围手术期舒适护理方法.方法：回顾性总结我院收治的348例妇科腹腔镜手术患者舒适护理体会.结果：348例患者腹腔镜手术全部成功,均痊愈出院.术后恶心、呕吐发生率为11.7%,舒适度为98.3%,满意度为96.7%.结论：舒适护理能够最大程度满足妇科腹腔镜手术患者围手术期的舒适需求,值得临床进一步推广应用.
Objective：To explore the approaches of comfortable nursing care of gynecologic laparoseopie surgery during perioperation. Methods：To retrospective summarize the implementation of comfortable nursing care during perioperation in our hospital. Results： 348ases of gynecologic laparoseopic surgery were all successful and cured. The incidence of nausea and vomiting was 11.7 %, the comfort degrees was 98.3 %, satlsfaetory degree was 96. 7 %. Conclusions： Comfortable nursing care can meet maximum satisfaction of the patients of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery during perioperation, It is worthy of further promotion.
