摘要
目的：观察Vitapex糊剂充填治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法：选择62颗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的患牙用双氧水冲洗后进行一次法根管充填.结果：术后一周复查无自觉症状,窦道消失57颗,占91.94%;6个月复查成功59颗,成功率为95.16%.结论：Vitapex糊剂一次法根管充填治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎患牙一种简便、有效、可靠的治疗方法.
