2例海洛因脑病的回顾性分析

摘要目的：探讨海洛因脑病的临床及MRI表现.方法：回顾性分析 2例有海洛因吸食史患者的临床及MRI资料.结果与结论：2例患者临床为脑部多部位受损表现,MRI表现幕上或（及）幕下脑实质有不同程度的受累,病变双侧对称,均表现为长T1 长T2信号影及FLAIR序列高信号,1例伴轻度脑萎缩.
