CT Diagnosis and Analysis of Pancreatic Injury

目的：探讨胰腺损伤的CT征象及诊断价值.方法：回顾分析13例胰腺损伤的CT、临床资料.结果：胰腺实质内出血、水肿,增强后见与胰腺长轴垂直低密度线分别为胰腺挫伤、胰腺断裂直接征象;胰腺周围积血、积液、左肾前筋膜增厚、假性囊肿、胆管积气为胰腺损伤间接征象.结论：CT是诊断胰腺损伤的首选方法.熟练掌握CT征象并正确诊断,对临床手术意义重大.

Objective To investigate CT signs and diagnostic value of pancreatic injury. Methods Retrospective analysis with CT signs and clinical data of 11 patiens. Result There are hemorrhage and edema in the substance of the pancreas, Vertical axis and low-density line of the pancreas can be seen after CT enhanced, which separately are direct signs of pancreatic contusion and fracture. Hematocele and effusion around the pancreas, fascial thickening of the left kidney before,pseudocyst and biliary paeumatosis,which are all indirect signs of pancreatic injury. Conclusion CT is the preferred diagnostic methods of pancreatic injury. Mastering CT signs and correct diagnosis are very important to clinical surgery.
