摘要
运用可靠性设计原理， 对塑料注射模常用的斜导柱式抽芯机构进行分析。提出的斜导柱直径计算方法能在保证抽芯机构可靠性的前提下，提高模具的工作性能。
By using the principle of reliability design,the withdrwal core mechanism with bevel lead column in plastic injection mould is analyzed.The calculation method of bevel lead column's diameter can improve the property of mould,ensuring the reliability of withdrawal core mechanism.
