摘要
本文在 ４ 升小型发酵罐上对钝顶螺旋藻光合自养和混合营养生长过程进行研究， 比较和分析了两种生长过程的特点和影响生长的因素， 同时还完成了在混合营养培养中螺旋藻异养生长能力估算方法的研究。
The mixotrophic and photoautotrophic growths of Spirulina Platensis in 4 liter fermentor were investigated.Characteristics of both growth processes and effect factors on their growths were compared and analyzed,and a method for estimation of heterotrophic growth fraction in mixotrophic culture was presented.
