介绍了通信网管理目标和方法，论述了国际国内通信网管理技术的发展，并给出了对策。
With the rapid deveropment of conimunications netwoks and the interconnection of privatenetworks,the importance of autornated and intelligent network rnanagement system will not beoverstressed. The advance in theory and technology of netwok rnanagement is intreduced in thefirst part of this paPer. And the way to dea with this situation is presented in the last part.
