摘要
介绍微机在焊接设备(如焊接电源、行走机构、送丝机构等)控制中的应用情况,并以TIG焊为例,以MCS-51系列单片机为核心,完成了一套完整的TIG焊微机控制系统,实现了自动焊的微机化,这是微机化焊接设备的一个重要方面。
The thesis discusses the application of a microprocessor in the control system of welding e-quipment,such as the welding power, rooting system and feeding system. With the example ofTIG weld, an MCS-51 series monocontrol processor is used as the core, and an integrate controlsystem of TIG weld is completed so as to reach the goal of using a microprocessor to automatitallycontrol the welding. It is an important aspect of microprocessor-controlled welding equipment.
