摘要
讨论和分析了用于氧化铝装卸的3t叉车内门架轴承较为普遍的损坏现象，分析了轴承的损坏形式、受力状况和使用环境，提出了故障诊断的意见和相应的维修对策。
This paper analyzes the universal damages of the inner portal bearings on Model 3t fork truckused for loading and unloading alumina. After analysing the damage form of bearings, force condi-tions and service environment, it put forth the idea of fault analysis and relevant maintenance mea-sures.
