Marx's Theory of Distribution According to Work and the Rational Construction of Contemporary Distribution System

马克思在《哥达纲领批判》中明确、成熟地阐释了自己关于按劳分配方式的总体设想:在共产主义社会的第一阶段即社会主义社会,在消费资料分配方面必须实行按劳分配的分配方式,并给出合理的原则界定。在目前进行的小康与和谐社会构建的历史进程中,随着时代的发展变化,我们在始终不渝地坚持这种分配原则的前提下,有必要对之进行深化和发展,因为我们远不具备按需分配的前提和条件。

Marx’s ＂Critique of the Gotha Programme＂ explained his overall vision about distribution according to work pattern in a clear and mature way.In his opinion,the first stage of the communist society’s（Socialist society）,must implement the distribution according to work in the subsistence means assignment aspect,meanwhile giving the reasonable principle limits.At present in the process of constructing well-off and harmonious society,we should steadfastly insist this kind of assignment principle,deepening and developing it,because we are far from the stage of distribution according to need.
