摘要
某楼房因不均匀沉降产生开裂,地质钻探揭示了不均匀沉降的原因。鉴于地基土力学特点,用锚杆注浆法对地基进行了加固,显著改善了地基土的力学性能。长期观测表明不均匀沉降的发展得到有效控制。加固效果较好。
A building cracked according for uneven sink . Geological exploration discovered the reason. Insight of the mechanical property of foundation soil, grouting and anchor rod was taken as an way to consolidate the foundation by improving its mechanical quality. Longterm survey show the effective control over the development of uneven sink, hence the good result of consolidation.
