A Study on the Relation Between the Three Attributes of System and the Performance of Tourism Enterprise

制度具有结构性、兼容性、变革性三个基本属性。制度结构与旅游企业绩效的联系可以从制度结构的主要内容中表现出来;实现制度上的兼容能够促进旅游企业绩效的提高;和改革起点相比较,改革速度对企业绩效的影响更为明显。

The system is characterized with three basic attributes,namely the structure,the compatibility,and the reformability.The relation between the structure of system and the performance of tourism enterprises can be manifested in the main elements of the system＇s structure.The performance of the tourism enterprises can be improved through the compatibility of the system.Compared with starting point of the reform,the pace of reform has more conspicuous influence on the performance of the enterprises.
