摘要
韩礼德和哈桑提出的英语衔接理论,尤其是语法衔接手段和词汇衔接手段,可以帮助分析英语专业学生常见的三种英语语篇模式和语篇内部的语义关系,为英语阅读教学提供了一种新的方法和思路。
Halliday and Hasan's English cohesion theory,which consists of grammatical cohesive devices and lexical cohesive devices,can help English majors to analyze three common English text patterns which usu ally appear in English major's reading comprehension and to analyze the semantic relation within the text.Moreover,it explores and provides a new method and a fresh idea for English reading teaching.
