摘要
对ＩＧＢＴ驱动电路特性进行了详细分析，就ＥＸＢ８４０／８４１提出了应用和改进技术，在逆变焊机中得到了成功应用。
The characteritics of IGBT driving circuit are analysed in detail, the techniques of using and improving EXB840/841 are presented, which have been proved successful in welding inverters.
