Arguments on Definition of Nature and Function of Community Service A Literature Review Commentary on Research Status of the Conception of Community Service

对社区服务的内涵、性质和功能作出科学合理的界定,关系到社区服务的发展方向、道路和模式的选择,意义重大。但是,自我国开展社区服务以来,这个问题一直没有得到解决,存在大量争议,理论与实践的矛盾也比较突出。本文按照我国社区服务实践及理论研究的沿革对其总体发展脉络加以梳理,并对争议各方的观点、理论进行比较分析和研究,尝试在此基础上提出有实践价值的思路。

The appropriateness of the definition of Nature and Function of Community Service is crucial for its direction of development and the decision of measures and pattern.However,since Community Service was carried out in China,this problem hasn't been solved all along and has brought about a great deal of disputes.The paradoxes between theories and practices are also obvious.According to the history of studies of this field,this article demonstrates a clear clue of its general development and gives a comparative study of diverse points of view and theories,thus,tries to render operational ideas.
