摘要
就合成氨厂的氢氮比微机自控系统的设计,提出一种基于模糊和预测控制理论的新型算法,工厂运行表明,该算法有效地克服了控制对象的大滞后,数学模型时变及难以精确化等难题。
The control system design using industrial controlling computer for ratio of hydrogen gas and nitrogen gas in ammonia synthesis processes is presented. The basis of the new control method is predictive control and fuzzy control . It solves a difficulty in application of mathematics models of complex control object. Now, the control system is running in a ammonia plant.
