CEO继任者特征和国外市场进入模式选择研究

摘要 本文基于上层梯队理论,探究CEO继任者特征和公司国外市场进入模式选择之间的关系。研究认为CEO继任者的任职时间、受教育水平、从业部门背景、国际化经验等特征都会对进入模式的选择产生影响,它们之间的匹配程度影响着企业的绩效。
