摘要 滚动轴承表面损伤故障的微机诊断系统主要适用于滚动轴承振动信号数据采集和分析,能实现信号的时域和频域的分析,系统具有良好的人机界面,全部汉字显示菜单,使用十分方便。本系统的核心是PC-486微机,软件采用TurboC语言编制,采用结构化模块设计,每一功能由独立的模块完成,方便用户对系统的维护、改进和功能的扩展。 A micro computer diagnosing system has been constructed for the detection of the surface defects of antifriction bearings. It is mainly based on the sampling and analysing the vibration signals for time and frequency domains. The software package of the system has a good interface and all menus are displayed in Chinese for convenient use in China. The system employs a PC 486 computer and the software is written in TURBO C language. It has been successfully used for analysing the vibration signals of antifriction bearings, and is possible to be extended to the application of sampling and analysing other mechanical vibration signals.
