通过油田用柱塞泵中轴瓦经常被过早磨损的各种现象，分析了轴瓦过早磨损的主要原因，并给出了避免各种过早磨损现象发生的措施。

Nine main wear phenomena of the sliding bearings in the power reciprocating pumps used in the oil field are listed. For each phenomenon, the possible causes of the wear failure are analysed and corrective measures are suggested.
