关于著作权法中建筑作品概念的探讨

Research on the concept of architectural works in Copyright Law

介绍建筑作品保护的由来及发展,分析对比各国际组织和几个主要国家的立法中关于建筑作品的相关规定,在此基础上,力图对建筑作品的内涵和外延有个较为科学的界定,进而对我国著作权法中建筑作品概念的表述加以完善。

The origin and development of the protection for architectural works are described. The relevant legislation provisions of the architectural works in several international organizations and major countries are compared and analysed. It is attempted to define scientifically the connotation and extension of the architectural works,and to improve the conception of the architectural works in China’s Copyright Law.
