To construct university learning-type Party organizations is the requirement of upgrading the university’s administration ability and the sustained development of higher educational cause. Major means to improve the sustained development of the learning-type university Party organizations are discussed. The means include establishing a common vision,playing the leading role of the Party organization’s leaders,constructing a learning platform,renewing the knowledge structure and building a long-term learning system.
