Construction of new rural housing is an important Party policy.To overcome both the subjective and objective influential factors to ensure the construction quality and safety of the rural housing is essential to the construction of a harmonious society and the enhancing of agricultural development.Suggestions to ensure the construction quality and safety include establishing quality and safety supervision model by integrated efforts,constructing the rural housing by stages tailored to the local conditions,scruptuously supervising the housing construction quality and safety by updating conception and upgrading the projects quality via leading of advantageous areas.
