管好建筑市场主要目的是实现符合规范标准的实体工程。文章以质量安全为核心,以规范和引导建筑市场趋于理性和有序为宗旨,立足于"以人为本"理念,构建起"两场联动机制",并提出了"两场联动机制"的保障措施。
The management of construction markets is to implement practical projects in agreement with construction norms.A construction market-site association mechanism is established based on the concept of People first.The mechanism centres on ensuring quality and safety with the goal of leading the construction market to be rational and orderly.Safeguarding measures for the mechanism are advanced.
