Reformatory innovation of construction engineering quality supervision

根据江苏省建设工程质量监督工作实践,提出应对工程建设规模与工程质量监督资源不足矛盾的六大重点改革措施,即"突出重点,全面提高监管水平;不断探索,创新监管方式;齐抓共管,提高监管效能;完善机制,加强监管队伍建设;与时俱进,推进质监信息化建设;更新观念,推行精品工程战略。"

To tackle the increasing contradiction between enlarging construction scale and limited quality supervision resource,6 major reformatory measures were proposed in accordance with the practice of Jiangsu construction engineering quality supervisory work.The measures include enhancing the priority to improve the supervision level;innovating supervision style by constant exploration;improving the supervision efficiency by integrated efforts;bettering the supervision mechanism to forge supervision personnel;introducing supervision information system construction;and updating conception to promote essence projects strategy.
