以上海市松江区建筑工程质量监督工作现状为依据,分析了当前建设工程质量监督管理工作的主要问题之成因,并基于科学发展观,提出了完善建设工程质量监督体系的应对措施。

The causation of the problems in the supervision management of engineering quality is discussed based on the present situation of Songjiang construction quality supervision in Shanghai.Countermeasures against the problems are presented based on the vision of scientific development to improve the construction quality supervision system.
