摘要
在商业竞争激烈的今天,企业员工沉默现象在企业组织中得到了越来越多的关注。文章阐述了员工沉默的类型和知识型员工的特点,分析了员工沉默对组织和个人的负面影响,并根据知识型员工职业生涯的发展提出了减少知识型员工沉默的相应策略:使用恰当的激励方式;给予及时的培训指导;创造良好的组织氛围;授予参与决策的权利。
In today's highly competitive business,the silence phenomenon of employees in organization has drawn more and more attention,this paper summarizes the classification of employee silence and the characteristics of knowledge-based workers,analyzes the negative influence of staff silence on organizations and individuals,and proposes the corresponding strategies of reducing the silence according to the career development of the knowledge-based workers.That is using a appropriate incentive measure;giving timely coaching;creating a good organizational climate and granting the right to participate in decision-making.
