文章从科技进步和新农村建设的内涵出发,以现代统计理论为依托,以科技进步相关理论为指导,建立科技进步促进新农村建设的指标体系,探寻科技进步促进新农村建设的综合评价方法,以期对我国新农村建设的评价与管理起到积极的指导作用。

This thesis based on the status of our scientific and technological progress to promote the new rural construction,from the connotation about the technological progress and the new rural construction,relying on the modern statistical theory,guiding on the related theory of scientific and technological progress,established the index system of scientific and technological progress promoting the new rural construction,and explored the strategies and development model of science and technology promoting new rural construction,which would play an active role in guiding to the assessment and management on the new rural construction.
