摘要
随着国内外贸易环境的变化,我国加工贸易在发展过程中存在的一些深层次问题日益凸现,传统加工贸易的发展面临着巨大压力。文章从分析我国加工贸易的发展现状入手,分别从全球价值链、国内配套能力、加工贸易主体和政策环境等四个方面探讨了我国加工贸易转型升级中的主要问题,有针对性地提出了促进我国加工贸易转型升级的主要对策:我国应该提高企业技术水平和自主创新能力;推进加工贸易中间产品本地化,提高加工贸易的国内采购比例;使内资企业成为我国加工贸易的主体;为加工贸易转型升级创造良好的政策环境。
With changes in domestic and international environment,some deeper problems in the development of processing trade have shown,which bring pressure for the traditional development of processing trade.From the analysis of the development status of processing trade in China, this article investigates the main problems in the transformate and upgrade of processing trade from the global value chain,supporting capacity of the domestic,the main of processing trade and policy environment respectively.Meanwhile,it gives out some targeted countermeasures in order to safeguard the upgrade of processing trade successfully.
