摘要
通过对光电测距仪剩余常数的性质与构成要素的分析，认为剩余常数本身及其检测值均具有随机性．
By analyzing the property and composition of surplus constant of the electro optical distance measuring instrument,the author holds that both the surplus constant itself and its test value have randomness.
