高校安全事故纠纷解决的仲裁机制

On Arbitration Mechanism of Solving the Secure Problems in Universities and Colleges

目前,我国解决高校安全事故纠纷的途径主要有三种:协商、调解和诉讼。仲裁解决高校安全事故纠纷尚未进入人们的视野,但是,仲裁制度固有的优于诉讼的诸多优点,决定了它是高校安全事故纠纷解决机制中的一个重要制度。对于仲裁解决高校安全纠纷的制度构想,可以从学生安全事故仲裁委员会的组成、仲裁员的选任、仲裁程序的具体设置这几个方面进行,同时还要在实践中推广仲裁这一方式,使其切实的得到运用,以期能够高效、便捷、和谐的解决高校安全事故纠纷。

At present,there are three main ways to solve the secure problems in universities and colleges in our country：consultation,mediation and litigation.Arbitration has not attracted people＇s attention to solve college safety accidents.However,the arbitration system has many advantages in contrast to litigation,which determines that it is an important system among mechanisms of solving the secure problems in universities and colleges.As to set up abitration system to solve college safety accidents,we can carry out it from the composition of the arbitration committee of students＇ safety accidents,the selection of arbitrators and specific settings of arbitration procedure.Meanwhile,abitration system should be promoted in practice and be used practically to solve college safety accidents efficiently,conveniently and harmoniously.
