摘要
由各种具体目标、具体任务各不相同的团体组成的高校是一个充满各种文化矛盾和冲突的领域,这其中就包括高校教师与行政人员之间的文化冲突。对教师与行政人员间文化冲突的原因进行分析并采取有效措施来缓解文化冲突,有利于促进学校的健康发展。
There are all kinds of cultural contradictions and conflicts in colleges and universities,which exist in different institutions with a variety of specific objectives and tasks.That includes cultural conflicts between university teachers and administrative staff.Analysing the causes of cultural conflict between teachers and administrators and taking effective measures to alleviate the conflict will contribute to promoting the healthy development of colleges and universities.
