摘要
数控机床数据备份和恢复对于企业及时恢复因数据操作失误或丢失等异常事故引起的故障起着举足轻重的作用。本文基于FANUC系列CNC数控系统的理论和实践经验,分析了该系统的数据结构,在此基础上,探讨了基于存储卡和以太网络的数据备份、恢复方法,并对其应用及特点进行了分析研究。
The data backup and restoration is important for Industry to remove the FANUC 0i series numerical control system's trouble of data mistaken and lost in time. Based on the theory and practice of FANUC series CNC System, it is introduced the data backup and restoration and application of this CNC by M -Card and Ethemet, as well as the basic data structure of it.
