摘要 在汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程中,拉毛缺陷十分普遍。对于产品而言,制造工艺对覆盖件表面质量的要求十分严格,因为任何微小的拉毛缺陷都会在涂漆后影响漆层的美观,并降低其抗腐蚀性、缩短使用寿命。激光表面淬火强化工艺是目前应运比较广泛的一种模具表面强化工艺,能够有效的提高模具表面硬度、耐磨性、抗粘结性,改善制件拉毛缺陷。本文主要探讨汽车覆盖件产生拉毛现象的机理和改善措施。 In the automotive covering workpiece stamping process, scuffing defects are very common.For the products, the manufacturing process of covering workpiece quality requirements is very stringent, since any small scuffing would affect the paint in the painting of the beautiful, And to reduce its resistance to corrosion and reduction of service life .Laser surface hardening process is applied to strengthen the die surface process that can effectively improve the die surface hardness, wear resistance, anti-caking and improve the workpiece scuffing defects. This article explores the phenomenon of automotive covering workpiece scuffing defects mechanism and improvement measures.
