摘要
在汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程中,拉毛缺陷十分普遍。对于产品而言,制造工艺对覆盖件表面质量的要求十分严格,因为任何微小的拉毛缺陷都会在涂漆后影响漆层的美观,并降低其抗腐蚀性、缩短使用寿命。激光表面淬火强化工艺是目前应运比较广泛的一种模具表面强化工艺,能够有效的提高模具表面硬度、耐磨性、抗粘结性,改善制件拉毛缺陷。本文主要探讨汽车覆盖件产生拉毛现象的机理和改善措施。
