摘要
本文针对卧式加工中心TH6940回转工作台配油轴的结构特点,结合其周边境况,经过对所选用组合密封圈材质、性能及组成进行深入了解、分析过后,设计出了一套专用工装,并制定了较为详细的安装工艺步骤,解决了此类密封圈安装难的问题,恢复了设备运转,节约了维修时间,带来了工作效益。
In this paper, horizontal machining center TH6940 Oil-axis rotary table with the structural characteristics, combined with its surrounding circumstances, pairs of the selected combination of ring material, performance and composition, bying in-depth understanding, analysis, a set of special tooling was designed and a more detailed installation process steps was developed, the difficult problem of such seals installed was solved, the equipment operation was restored, maintenance time was saved, brings the work efficiency.
