摘要
本文从前轴工字梁的工艺着手,结合精益生产线的特点和现状,分析了现有换产方式存在的缺点,根据快速换产的理论提出了精益生产线实现快速换产的方法和思路。
According to the characteristics and the current situation of the lean line, in this paper, the shortcomings of the current exchanging products methods are demonstrated by the analysis of I beam of the front axle. Further, a new method on how to fulfill the SWED in the lean line is proposed based on the theory of SWED in lean production.
