摘要
汽车驱动桥轮边装配过程中,轮毂轴承预紧力调整精度变化大,无法精确调整。本文通过对斯太尔汽车驱动桥原单螺母结构和目前使用的双螺母结构装配过程进行对比,分别对两种结构的轮毂轴承预紧力调整过程进行分析,分别找出了预紧力的影响因素,细化了装配工艺,并为以后工程技术人员在今后桥总成轮边结构设计中提供参考。
Automotive drive axle-wheel assembly process, the wheel hub bearing preload adjustment accuracy changes, can not be accurately adjusted. In this paper, on the Steyr vehicle drive axle of the original single-nut structure and current structure of the double nut assembly process of comparing the two structures, respectively wheel bearing preloaded force adjustment process, analyze, respectively, identified the impact of preload factors, refinement of the assembly process, and for the future engineering and technical personnel in the next round of the edge structural design of the bridge assembly is provided for reference.
