介绍了SX6112E两级踏步城市大客车底盘车架的设计思路和结构特点,叙述了三段式纵梁的搭接连接形式以及纵梁和横梁的连接形式,给出了主要构件的材料及其截面尺寸。最后对所采用的主纵梁进行强度的校核。
The design concept and structure feature of SX6112E two-stage footfall city bus chassis frame is described, and the connection form of the three-section carling and of the carling and the beam is also described.The material and section size of the main components is presented.Finally, the intensity of the main longitudinal beam is calibrated.
