质量体系内审管理系统的研究与设计

Study and Design of Internal Audit Management System of Quality System

为满足国内企业贯彻国家标准ＧＢ／Ｔ１９０００ＩＳＯ９０００系列标准和通过质量体系认证的需要，辅助企业建立健全自身的质量认证体系，建立一个质量体系内审管理系统（ＱＡＳ）十分重要。该文针对质量体系内部审核的重要作用，给出了内审管理系统的基本结构，并重点介绍其中的内审专家系统模块的分析与设计过程。内审专家系统是企业对自身的质量体系进行自我评估的重要的辅助工具。

To satisfy the needs of industries in China to carry out national standard GB/T19000 ISO9000 and get certificate of quality system,it ,s important to establish an internal audit management system of quality system(QAS).It can assist industries to bulid and perfect their quality syetem and can also increase their capability of competition.According to the importance of internal audit,the general structure of QAS is given.The analysis and design of ES of internal audit are emphasized in this article.ES of internal audit is one module of QAS.It is helpful for industries to carry through internal audit.
