吉粒芬和惠尔血治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的成本-效果分析

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of rhG-CSF and G-CSF for Treating Chemotherapy-Induced Leukopenia

目的对吉粒芬和惠尔血治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症进行成本-效果分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2008年1月至2009年12月间用此疗法的96例住院患者进行回顾性分析。根据使用药品不同将其分为两组,A组给予吉粒芬2～3μg/kg皮下注射,B组给予惠尔血2～3μg/kg皮下注射,每日1次,均连续用药2～8d,分别计算两组患者治疗后的有效率、不良反应发生率及总成本,并计算成本-效果比。结果疗程结束后,A组和B组的药物治疗成本分别为876.90元和3181.83元(P<0.05),治疗有效率分别为94.55%和97.56%,不良反应发生率分别为14.55%和12.20%(P>0.05),成本-效果比分别为9.27和32.61。结论吉粒芬的成本-效果比优于惠尔血,为较佳的治疗方案。

Objective To perform the cost-effectiveness analysis on rhG-CSF and G-CSF in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods Ninety-six inpatients with chemotherapy-induced neutropenia treated by these therapies in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into group A and group B according to the used drugs.Group A was given rhG-CSF 2-3 μg /kg by subcutaneous injection once daily and group B was subcutaneously injected 2-3 μg /kg G-CSF once a day.Both the two groups used medication for consecutive 2-8 d.The treatment effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,total cost and cost-effectiveness ratio after treatment were calculated and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cost of drug treatment was 876.9 yuan in group A and 3181.83 yuan in group B with significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05） ;the effective rates were 94.55% and 97.56 % respectively;the incidences of adverse reactions were 14.55% and 12.20% respectively without significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）;the cost-effectiveness ratios were 9.27 and 32.61 respectively.Conclusion rhG-CSF is superior to G-CSF in the cost-effectiveness ratio,which is a better treatment regimen for treating chemotherapy-induced neutropenia.
